What is Ruggr?
Ruggr is a new fashion brand combining authentic rugby heritage with modern lifestyle appeal. 
The Ruggr brand stands for authentic British style rugby Shirts manufactured to the highest quality standards. This is important to us. The brand and the applications are protected as registered trade marks and unauthorised use of them is unacceptable. In fact, copying these trade marks is a criminal activity and can warrant legal action.

Is it safe to order online?


We use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your details from PayPal. This means information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event someone intercepts it.

 
How do I know if my order has been accepted?
We will try to dispatch your items from your order as efficiently as possible. What is my “Account”?
Once registered, your will be able to use your personal account to check your orders and alter any personal details, such as your delivery address.

How do I know whether the Shirts are the right size?
We offer four different sizes on our Shirts. Our size guide can be found here.
 

Where are the Ruggr products made?
Our Shirts are designed in England & Germany to ensure authenticity and accuracy. The products are made in Turkey and our manufacturers have excellent reputation for delivering quality products to highest industry standards..

 

Do the prices include VAT?
Yes, at the current European/German rate of 19%.

DELIVERY

When can I expect to receive my delivery and what will it cost?
Shipping costs are displayed in Step 2 of the Checkout area (in the Shop). Click here for an overview of delivery costs.

In general standard products should get to you within 3-5 working days (mainland Europe). 

International delivery times can vary greatly depending on destination. We will process your order as quickly as possible and inform you via email once this has been dispatched (provided you have given us an email). We cannot be made responsible for any delays with local customs and any additional customs charges applicable are payable by the customer.

Please also remember to add an additional five working days for our personalised Shirts with your selected number on the back (available for Cawthorne & Plainsbridge). Any orders processed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will not be dispatched until the next working day.

 

Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver worldwide. Please check the delivery costs in Step 2 of Checkout (in the Shop) for your country before placing any orders. Also click here for country zones.

How do I know when my order has been dispatched?
Once any item has been dispatched to you, you will receive an automatic email to the email address which was used to place the order.

 

Do you delivery to work addresses?
We deliver to a different address than the billing address if requested. Please ensure this is selected at the Checkout stage, as we may be unable to change the address before your order gets dispatched. Please also note that we cannot be held responsible for packages which are delivered and received at your work place, only for the package to go missing at this stage.

 
What to do if I receive an incorrect order?
We are extremely sorry for this mistake on our part. We really hate making mistakes as we completely understand the frustration it causes. Please return the item to us and we will ship out a correct item. We will also refund all your postal charges on your order.

 

Can I order for someone outside the EU and do I have to pay for import taxes orcustoms duties?
All items are shipped directly from our distribution centre in Germany. Any import or customs duties incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

PAYMENT


Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following methods of payment: PayPal (together with all major credit cards) and advance payment. In Germany we also offer cash on delivery.
 

Do I need a PayPal account?
You do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase. You can make your purchase with a bank account or credit card. After you have completed your payment you can then decide whether to save your information in a PayPal account for future purchases or not. The choice is yours. This system makes checking out much more convenient because you can use any of the following forms of payment.

Here’s how this easier checkout works:

1. You enter your name and address.
2. You’re prompted for your card details, email address, and phone number.
3. Then after reviewing your information, you can choose to save the information by creating a PayPal account to make future transactions faster, or finish the transaction without creating an account.

Our customers who already have a PayPal account will checkout in the traditional manner.

RETURNS
 

What is your Returns policy?
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us for an exchange or refund within 14 days. We exchange or refund any unworn and unwashed items that are in their original condition with a copy of your original invoice. Please obtain proof of postage as we can only be made responsible for returns once they are received within our returns department.

 

Do I have to pay to return an item?
The cost and responsibility of returning the item to us lies with you and you do have to pay for any costs incurred.  If the mistake is ours, then we will of course refund all costs.

How do I return and/or exchange an item?
We exchange any unworn and unwashed items that are in their original condition with a copy of your original invoice and a completed order form within 14 days of your order dispatch.

What to do if my returns form goes missing?
Please contact us directly should you lose the returns form. We also recommend printing off your order confirmation emails in future. If possible, please also include this in your returns note. Please also ensure that you clearly state what you want to happen and leave a contact telephone number for us to contact you in case we need to clarify anything.

 

What happens after the 14 day policy expires?
We cannot accept any items for a return or exchange after the 14 day policy has lapsed. In such cases, the item will be shipped back to you.

 What happens if I didn`t receive the return delivery charge?
We will only refund your delivery charge if the mistake is on own behalf. The cost of returning the item back to us is your responsibility.


And if I have not been refunded the correct amount?
We apologise for any inconveniences this has caused. Please contact us quoting your order number and what you expected to be refunded.

 How do I know whether you have received the returned goods?
Refunds and exchanges can take us up to ten working days to process from date of receipt. As soon as your refund or exchange has been processed you will receive an automatic email. Please take care of the item to be returned as it is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot provide refunds or exchanges on products that are lost in the post when being returned back to us.


What if my product is faulty?

Please ensure that you fill out the order form on the back of the delivery note outlining the fault, as well as all your contact details. Once received, our team will inspect your item/s to determine the nature of the fault and you will be contacted shortly after. Should the cause of the fault be on our behalf, then you will receive a full refund or can exchange the product. As with our standard returns policy, please allow up to ten working days for us to inspect and process your returned item(s).

What can I do, I`m having difficulties with My Shopping Cart?
Once an item has been added to your Cart it will stay in there until you proceed to Checkout. It is recommended that once you add an item to your Cart, you proceed to the Checkout process straight away. If you are having difficulties adding an item to your Shopping Cart or proceeding to Checkout, please contact us.

 

How do I change my account password or account details?
Simply login to your account and edit your password or details within the “Personal Details” section.

 What is Mastercard Securecode?
Mastercard Securecode, is the latest measure to prevent internet card fraud. For Maestro/Switch & Mastercard payments you will be asked to enter your internet banking password used for Mastercard Securecode. Unfortunately without a password, we will not be able to authorise your card, and your order will be incomplete.

 What is Verified by Visa?
Verified by Visa is another measure to prevent internet card fraud. For Visa payments you will be asked to enter your internet banking password used for the Verified by Visa card. Unfortunately without a password, we will not be able to authorise your card, and your order will be incomplete.

 Why can`t I view the videos properly?
If you are having trouble viewing the videos, please make sure you have Adobe Flash Player 9 or higher installed on your computer.
