These Terms and Conditions set out the basis on which you can use this Site and place orders for products (“goods”). Please ensure you have fully read and understood the Terms and Conditions before ordering from the Site. By placing an order with us you are accepting that you agree with the Terms and Conditions laid out and are bound by them.  If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this Site. The supplier of the goods is Ruggr Clothing Company GmbH, registered at Hugo-Hofmann-Strasse 47, 82064 Strasslach, Germany. Registered number of the Company is HRB  186476 and our VAT number is 143 177 20905. Should you require further clarification on our Terms and Conditions please contact us. We may contact you for marketing purposes by email, mail or telephone with relevant offers in the future. Any such offers will from the Ruggr Clothing Company GmbH.Your contract for purchases made through this Site is with the Ruggr Clothing Company GmbH and you undertake that all goods ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use only and are not for resale. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. You are bound by the Terms and Conditions also after any such updates. We therefore encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you use this Site.

AVAILABILITY
All orders for products are subject to availability.

COLOUR REPRODUCTION
We take great care in ensuring that the colours of our goods are reproduced during using the highest possible standards during the manufacturing process. However, the limitations of colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your screen may mean a slight variation. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate. However, specifications may change.

COPYRIGHT
All of the content on the Site, whether of visual or audio nature, including images, illustrations, graphics, audio/video clips and text are subject to trademark, service mark, trade dress, copyright and/or other intellectual property rights or licenses held by the Ruggr Clothing Company GmbH, or by third parties who have licensed their materials to that company. The content is copyrighted as a collective work under applicable copyright laws and is intended solely for the personal, non-commercial use by the users of our Site. You may not download, print or store any of this content for any commercial purposes (including on a network computer or broadcast the content in any media). CURRENCIES
All prices are in Euro (€). We do accept payments in all other major currencies, including Sterling (£) and for your comfort we have integrated a currency converter.

DELIVERY
We aim to offer an efficient delivery from dispatch.  If an item is sent to an address that you specified when ordering which turns out to be incorrect, we are not liable if this item does not reach you. The Ruggr Clothing Company GmbH cannot be accountable for any delays incurred whilst in transit with the Courier.  Any orders placed over the weekend or on a national holiday will not be dispatched until the next working day. The standard delivery times to mainland Europe are 3-5 days. Please understand that personalised Shirts with your selected “number” can take an additional ten working days to deliver.    For postage costs please click here.
Please note that the Ruggr Clothing Company GmbH will not be responsible for any import duties incurred on International orders.

We do not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. The Ruggr Clothing Company GmbH does not make any warranties or representations regarding the use of the materials in this Site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. INFORMATION
The information on our Site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change and update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing and availability. This can include typographical as well as system errors. We cannot exclude the fact that this may unfortunately result in us cancelling any orders.  All sizes and measurements are approximate and we advise customers to consult the Size Guide when ordering.

ORDERS
All potential customers purchasing goods from this Site are required to register. This process is short and will include collecting some personal information (see “Privacy Policy”) necessary to process the order quickly and accurately. When placing an order the customer must ensure that their email address entered is correct and their mail box is full functional so that confirmation emails can be received after the order has been accepted.A contract is formed between Rugger Clothing Company GmbH and you once the goods have been ordered, that is, when you receive the order confirmation email. This applies to standard as well as personalised orders. This contract is formed between the customer & the Ruggr Clothing Company GmbH and will be governed according to German Law, and as such, disputes which occur shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the German Courts.We reserve the right to refuse any orders from a customer where the following situations arise:
 -  Incorrect credit/debit card number, expiration date or security code.
-  Incorrect billing information. 
   (Billing information you provide is different from information your credit card company or bank has on record).
-  Insufficient/incorrect postal address (street, town/city, county or postal code).
-  Fraudulent information.
Should your PayPal account or credit card be charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall issue a payment to your account for the order amount. You will be informed, however, should this situation arise.

PAYMENTS
The Ruggr Clothing Company GmbH accepts two main forms of payment in the Shop; PayPal and cash in advance. We also offer cash on delivery for customers living in Germany.If you already have an account with PayPal then your payment will be submitted via email. Non-registered users can also use PayPal in combination with all major credit cards.

PRICES
The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production and they include Value Added Tax (19%). Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of Value Added Tax. The correct price will be shown on your invoice/delivery note. Should the price be altered for whatever reason, orders which have already been placed and which have received the confirmation mail, will be processed with that price. We reserve the right to alter or amend the credit charges, to withdraw credit, to accept or reject orders, to request part payment and to refuse applications.

RETURNS
If you live in Germany, you may return any goods free of charge within 14 days of receipt, in a new and unused condition. Returned goods which are not in new or unused condition (including broken tags, labels etc) or which are returned after the approval period will not be refunded. Your legal rights are not affected. For all other countries, if you return an order we will not refund the corresponding delivery charge as this part of our service to you has been completed. The Ruggr Clothing Company GmbH may choose various third-party web sites to link to from its own Site. However, we have no control over these linked Sites! We hold no responsibility for the privacy practices or the content of these Sites. We have carefully selected these links but please access them at your own risk.

USAGE
Our goods are sold on the basis that they are suitable for private use only. Please contact us for further information if you intend using any products in a business or public environment.  You may not upload commercial content on the Site or use the Site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or organisation. Please note that you must be 18 years or older to register and purchase Shirts from the Site. By registering to use the ruggr.com you warrant that you are aged 18 years of age or older.

We have endeavoured to ensure all users are able to view the website in its entirety. We cannot, however,  be held accountable for difficulties experienced by individual users. Any viewing related issues please contact us and we will endeavour to resolve the problem. Please note that the Site has been designed to be viewed with a screen resolution of 1280 x 800.

LAW AND JURISDRICTION
Anything which can arise out of your use of this WebSite - including any contract between you and The Ruggr Clothing Company GmbH - shall be governed by German law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Munich, Germany, where The Ruggr Clothing Company GmbH is based.
